For any products sold from AMT, if you get into any technical issues and need technical support, please email our technical support department at support@AmericanMotionTech.com. We ensure that one of our support engineers will reply your email, or call you to provide assist in 24 hours.

AMT offers a full year warranty for all its products after the date of purchase. A customer can return and exchange purchased product within 2 weeks of your purchase.

For wrong shipped products or product with faults, there is no cost for returns or exchange. For other reasons, return/exchanged items must be in resalable condition and a 15% restocking fee will be applied.

Please contact AMT customer service team at CustomerServices@americanmotiontech.com first to apply for a RMA authrization number. Once approved, you will be notified for the products returns.
